I had a fantastic stay in this city! The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and could speak English, making communication easy. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was spacious and comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options, suitable for different tastes.

Absolutely nothing!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Wuxi for the New Year. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with excellent English-speaking skills. the room was clean, comfortable, and had hot water, which was a nice touch during the cold winter weather. I also enjoyed the variety of pillows available, catering to different preferences. the food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide range of tasty options to satisfy different taste buds.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the bar at the entrance closed at 12am, which was understandable, but it was a bit disappointing that the lights were turned off afterwards, giving guests the feeling of being rushed out.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel are truly exclusive. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, as was the restaurant which exceeded our expectations with its delicious food. the private facilities in the room were also a nice touch.

My week, long stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. the friendly, English, speaking staff were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the bathroom was spacious and the hot water in the bath was a much, needed escape from the chilly winter weather. Plus, the selection of pillows made for a personalized and cozy experience. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.

Sadly, the bar at the entrance hall closed quite early at 12 pm, and they turned off the lights afterward, making it feel like guests were being encouraged to leave.

The staff at the hotel were excellent - polite, friendly and helpful. They were always available at the front desk to assist us with any questions or requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from. There was something for everyone in our group to enjoy.-The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was centrally located and close to many attractions and dining options, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We had some issues with the air conditioning in our room. It didn't seem to cool the room down enough, so we had to open the windows to try and cool it down, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night.
